Why TB Joshua Should Be Arrested And Tried

A group of Nigerian intellectuals based in the United States of America are calling for the arrest and trial of Prophet T.B. Joshua of the Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN). This is in reaction to the tragic collapse of a 6-storey guest house belonging to the Synagogue churchin which 115 people were said to have lost their lives. This was disclosed in a press statement jointly signed by Olufemi Taiwo of Cornell University, Ithaca; Ebenezer Obadare of University of Kansas, Lawrence; Akin Adesokan of Indiana University, Bloomington; Wale Adebanwi, of the University of California, Davis; and Tejumola Olaniyan of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, PM News reports. Joshua ‘Bribery’ Audio The University dons are of the opinion that Joshua deliberately tried to cover up the truth on what caused the collapse in his church premises and therefore deserves to be tried. They faulted the church’s initial attempt to deny emergency services and the media access into the church premises when the incident occurred.
